Each member firm in the State Capital Global Law Firm Group has spent years working with all branches of its respective state government. The Group provides an organized and efficient system for the collection and dissemination of information on trends in state laws, regulations and other developments instate governments.
The continuing shift in lawmaking and regulation from the federal government to fifty separate and independent state governments is having a profound impact on American business. Federal influence over a wide array of business affairs has been dramatically reduced, and regulation of many issues is
